The owner of this home wanted a patio and garden
that allowed for entertaining friends and family, and a running water
feature to drown out street noise.

We began by
installing a new bluestone patio with a Buddha statue we drilled to make it
into a fountain that flows into a river stone bed. We built custom cedar
screens with blue glass post caps upon which climb honeysuckle and
hydrangea. Large river birches anchor the home and lead the eye to the new
gardens .We also paved the driveway in a tan oil and stone penetration. The
new plantings and lawn are maintained, like all of our other properties,
with an automatic irrigation system and are illuminated with the soft amber
glow of lighting in the evenings. |
